Champions Stakes Day

Stakes Day is the most relaxed dress code of the four-day carnival. Smart casual to semi-formal is the range. Racegoers tend to wear the more casual or colourful pieces they've held back — think a wrap dress, bold print, or casual suit.

Millinery Guide
Book your milliner or hat hire 6–8 weeks before the carnival. Quality milliners and hatmakers sell out fast.
